A. As long as there is a space of approximately 7`6" from the ridge to the apex, it is usually possible to convert a loft. A. If your property has permitted development rights, then planning permission is not required. In all other instances, however, it is necessary to obtain planning permission from the local council.

A. Being a major work, all loft conversions require building regulation from the local council.

A. We will carry out all necessary correspondence with the local council, including obtaining planning permission and building regulations.
